Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your PKR wallet under any circumstances.

zc99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your zc99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zc99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and network outages may affect platform availability. zc99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
zc99 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete required KYC verification, or identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach attributable to the account holder, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach, forfeiture of balance may apply.
You may close your account at any time by contacting zc99 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending withdrawal requests will be completed prior to closure where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
